How do Grounding Shoes work?
Comfortable, stylish and versatile, these platinum knit joggers are perfect to keep you grounded as you go about your daily activities. Eco-friendly knit upper and cushioned support for flexibility, sustainability and breathability. Stretchy laces included. The natural materials found in these shoes are recommended for casual use in dry climates and have not been treated for excessive moisture, and they are not waterproof.
All shoes feature fully conductive carbon and rubber outsoles that are bio-mechanically engineered for comfort and support:

Can Socks be Worn with Grounding Footwear?
Socks made of 100% cotton or natural fibres can be worn with the Harmony 783 Grounding Footwear. The natural build-up of moisture and heat on your feet will help with the conductivity of electrons to pass through the fabric of the socks and into your body. Alternatively, you can pair your grounding shoes with a pair of silver grounding socks.

Size Guide:
Harmony 783 grounding shoes are designed in the US. However, to avoid any confusion with international shoe size conversions, we list all of our earthing footwear in EU sizes only and provide the approximate length of each shoe in centimeters to help our customers choose the right size shoe. For the best fit, before ordering, please measure the length of your foot from your longest toe to your heel, or measure a pair of shoes you already own to see which length is most suitable for you.
If you are between sizes, it is recommended you order the half size larger.
We do appreciate that it is difficult to purchase shoes online, so you are welcome to one free exchange if the first pair you purchase doesn't fit correctly. Please see more information about our exchange policy here.
What is the fit like:
Based on customer feedback, the Platinum Knit Grounding Joggers are considered a medium/wide width fit with medium arch support. If the shoes fit snugly at first, wear them for a day or two and they will form to your feet.
Care Instructions:
Shoes that feature natural materials including, but not limited to leather, suede, wool, shearling, etc. should not be worn in or around water. The natural materials found in these shoes are recommended for casual use in dry climates and have not been treated for excessive moisture, and they are not waterproof.
The best way to clean your Harmony 783 Grounding Shoes is by hand cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Harmony 783 shoes were not made to be put into a machine washer or dryer. We don't advise washing the footwear in a machine washer as the insole is adhered internally by carbon and rubber adhesive to allow conduction to go through the multiple internal layers and wouldn't want this to be affected.
HARMONY 783 footwear comes with a manufacturer's warranty of 45 days from the date of order delivery. If a HARMONY 783 product fails due to material or manufacturing defect during this period, after inspection by us, the item(s) will be repaired or replaced. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, accident, improper care, modification, or the natural degradation of colors or materials (including water/weather protecting and odour control products) over time.
The following defects are covered by the HARMONY 783 Guarantee:
- Shoe upper pulling apart from soles where soles are not excessively worn
- Delaminating of sole layers
- Frayed or loose stitching on uppers, footbeds or logos
- Shoes not grounding – in this case, we will offer detailed tips for testing our shoes along with general information about grounding for a better understanding of how our shoes ground. If the shoes are returned, and are deemed by us to be grounding correctly, or have been tampered with by the customer, then the customer will be responsible to pay for the cost of sending the shoes back to them to enjoy.
What's not covered by the Harmony 783 Guarantee:
- Deterioration from water abuse, for example, wearing our footwear to walk through a river, or walking into the ocean
- Deterioration from lotions or oils
- Odour caused by not wearing socks with closed-toed shoes
- Sandal strap stretching due to normal wear and tear
- Outsole wearing out or worn through
- Not grounding due to manual removal of insole
- Skateboard or bicycle abuse
- Cuts, scratches, abrasions, burns etc.
- Shrinkage from overexposure to extreme heat
- Ornamental defects that do not impact the wearability of the shoe
- Anything not listed will be solely determined by HARMONY 783
