UK Shipping
Grounded Wellness ships orders at a flat rate of £5.00 across the UK for Standard Shipping using Royal Mail.
We also offer a flat rate Express Shipping of £10.00 to most UK destinations using Royal Mail. This is a Royal Mail Next Day promise and, while we do our very best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible Monday to Friday, this service means you will receive it the day after it has been dispatched from Grounded Wellness, not necessarily the day after you place your order.
Please note that we do not offer Express Shipping during busy sales periods e.g.: End of Financial Year Clearance Sale and Black Friday Sale
Free Shipping Over £100
All orders over £100 will be shipped for free to a UK delivery address using Standard Shipping via Royal Mail. Please note this offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offer and we reserve the right to change this offer during a special sale or promotional period.
Free shipping does not apply during our annual Black Friday Sale period and will be suspended between Friday November 22nd and December 2nd, 2024. All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Service at a flat rate of £5.
Sorry, but the free shipping offer is not applicable to delivery addresses outside of the UK.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are available for selection at the checkout, calculated based on region and weight. If you should select an incorrect shipping region, we reserve the right to send you a shipping invoice via Paypal, with the outstanding shipping amount.
International orders are UK VAT exempt and your VAT-free price will display once you enter your shipping address at the checkout.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and it is a condition of sale that the customer will pay any necessary charges upon delivery. Contact your local customs office for details.
Should a parcel be returned to us due to non-payment of customs charges by the customer, we reserve the right to pass on the return postage costs charged to us by the shipper to the customer. The customer will also be responsible for paying for the parcel to be re-sent to them.
Grounded Wellness is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Please note that our free shipping offers always exclude international orders.
Dispatch
Unless otherwise stated at the checkout, all in-stock items are dispatched within 48 - 72 hours of payment, during normal business hours Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. You will be emailed a tracking number so you know where your parcel is at all times. You can personalise your shipping instructions when placing the order online i.e authority to leave without signature. If you are not home to sign for your parcel a card should be left by the delivery driver for you to collect the parcel at your local post office.
Delivery Times
Within UK and Ireland: Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for standard post and 3 - 4 business days for express post
International: Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. Must be signed for, no authority to leave on international orders.
*Please Note: Any time customs may hold the parcel. International shipment parcels are subject to possible opening and inspection of goods by Customs officials in the country of delivery. This may delay estimated delivery times.
Missing Parcels
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, you may either receive a full refund for the products ordered minus the shipment costs, or we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee.
