Returns Policy

We sincerely hope you will be happy with your purchase from Grounded Wellness. However, if for any reason the product does not meet your expectations and you wish to return the item to us, we have an easy and fair returns policy.

Please note that our very small team can only process returns on a Monday and Thursday each week, not including bank holidays. It is very difficult for us to make an exception so we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Damaged Goods Returns

All items will leave Grounded Wellness in brand new, mint condition (unless otherwise advised prior to sale e.g.: ex-demo stock). We ask that you inspect your items upon delivery and if any goods received are deemed to be faulty or damaged upon arrival, you may be entitled to apply for a Damaged Goods Return.

Warranty Claim Returns

All items in the Grounded Wellness range come with a manufacturer warranty which differs according to the product and supplier. It is a condition of all warranties that the product has been used and cared for in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, which are provided on the product page of the Grounded Wellness website and with your item at the time of purchase.

If the item has not been used or cared for properly, your warranty will be void and your claim will not be accepted. Before making a warranty claim on your purchase, please review the warranty period, and conditions for the product, by visiting the individual product page.

Order Mistake Returns

We totally understand that everyone makes mistakes and sometimes you accidentally order the wrong item. It might be the wrong size cover for your phone, a pair of Earth Runners that turn out to be too small or the incorrect size EMF protection hoodie.

If, in the very unusual circumstance that we accidentally send you the wrong item (we, too, are only human and occasionally make mistakes!), please contact us straight away and we will rectify the problem in as quick and fuss-free a manner as possible, with no extra cost or inconvenience to you.

Change of Mind Returns

We encourage you to do your research and read all the product information available on our website before making your purchase. If you have any questions about the product before completing your purchase, please feel free to email or call us to speak one of our friendly team.

We accept Change of Mind Returns within 30 days of purchase in certain circumstances, but the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused or show no sign of use whatsoever
  • The product must not be damaged, scratched or marked in any way
  • The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and instructions
  • We do not accept change of mind returns on our range of EMF Meters

We offer a very generous guarantee on both our Earthing range of products and our Blushield range of products so that customers have ample time to use the products, experience the benefits and be sure that the products are right for them.
