Nighttime Earthing
The Grounding Half Sheet fits all sized beds from a Single to a King, is a natural colour 67% cotton half sheet with soft, yet durable conductive silver fibres woven throughout the material.
The Half Sheet can be placed over a section of your bed, to help improve sleep, reduce stress, relieve pain and inflammation.
The half sheet kit comes with an earthing cord and earthing adapter plug.
Recommended to be purchased with the Greenscents Laundry Liquid Detergent.
Grounding Half Sheet:
The Half Sheet can be placed at the foot or center of the bed, over your bottom fitted sheet and tucked under and around the mattress.
The sheet connects to the Earth with a grounding cord. One end of the grounding cord snaps onto the sheet and the metal prong end connects to an earthing adapter plug which is then plugged into a grounded wall outlet. Placing your bare feet or legs on the sheet easily grounds you to the Earth during sleep.
The sheet measures 305cm x 90cm (120" x 35"), the actual conductive area is 201cm x 90cm (79" x 35") with a non-cotton tuck under of 52cm (20.5") on each side. The half sheet can be used lengthways on a Single or King Single bed, or across the bed on a Double, Queen or King size bed.
Benefits of Earthing:

Care instructions:
It is good to wash your earthing product. It will not be harmed by washing, in fact it is beneficial. Washing strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive.
DOs
- Wash every week or two
- Wash in a washing machine with warm water (40°C / 105°F)
- Use a safe liquid laundry detergent
- Line dry or dry in a dryer on low (up to 65°C / 150°F)
- Can be ironed on a low heat if desired
- Check and clean the machine's detergent drawer of any residues or other detergents prior to washing, as many detergents (particularly powders) contain whitening agents which will harm the silver, even when in small quantities.
DON'Ts
- Don't wash with bleach
- Don't wash with fabric softeners
- Don't use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents OR detergents with oils like lavender or coconut oil
- Don't use dryer sheet fabric softeners
- Don't dry clean
Bleach, lotions and oils can tarnish the silver rendering it non-conductive. Fabric softener builds up on the silver and also ruins its conductive properties. It is advised to wait at least one hour to use the product after applying lotion to the skin.
Recommended:
A Power Outlet Tester should be used to verify that your electrical outlet is wired properly for grounding. Simply plug it into an outlet, turn on the power and 3 amber lights will read that your outlet is grounded and ready for use with an earthing product.
In case of lightning:
Although it is highly unlikely that you will be hit by lightning, it is recommended to follow standard lightning safety guidelines by the UK Met Office and disconnect your earthing devices (along with electrical devices) during lightning and thunderstorms.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections that may appear after normal use and washing, that DON'T affect the product’s earthing effectiveness. The products must be used and cared for in accordance with the care instructions we include with all earthing products.
