The BioLight Full Spectrum Lamp offers a healthier lighting environment all day long.  Its design helps to boost mood and energy levels during the day while ensuring optimal relaxation and a deep and restorative night's sleep on an evening. 

It is low in EMF and flicker-free and offers six different colour modes:

• Full Spectrum Day Mode: Mimicking natural sunlight the full spectrum day mode allows you to immerse yourself in bright white light to help boost energy and improve mood.
• Early Morning/Late Afternoon Modes: Three modes with warm white and warm yellow tones, minimizing blue light for a gentle start to your day or enabling a soothing transition to the evening.
• Evening Mode: A relaxing warm amber glow,  which is 100% blue light-free, designed to maximize melatonin levels for a restful nights sleep.
• Additional Red Night Light: A small red night light on the side which is 100% blue and green light free, perfect to use at bedtime or navigating in the dark.
