Which side of the lap desk pad should the laptop be placed on?

When using the Lapdesk, the SafeSleeve logo should be facing the bottom of the laptop. This rigid side of the Lapdesk promotes air circulation to your laptop, allowing the internal components to remain cool, while keeping the heat from the laptop away from your body. The padded pouch side of the lap desk pad is designed to not only store some of your necessities, but also provides comfort while resting the Lapdesk on your knee. 

What’s the difference between the laptop cases and lap desk pad?

The Laptop case integrates SafeSleeve radiation blocking technology into a carrying case with a built in mouse pad so you can store your laptop and use it as a mobile workstation. The Lapdesk integrates the same radiation blocking technology combined with a padded pouch for your necessities, but in a more slim design for convenient storage and mobility.
