Order Mistake Returns
We totally understand that everyone makes mistakes and sometimes you may accidentally order the wrong item. It might be the wrong size cover for your phone, a pair of Earth Runners that turn out to be too small or the incorrect size EMF protection hoodie.
If you would like to apply for an Order Mistake Return, please follow the steps below.
If, in the very unusual circumstance that we accidentally send you the wrong item (we, too, are only human and occasionally make mistakes!), please contact us straight away and we will rectify the problem in as quick and fuss-free a manner as possible, with no extra cost or inconvenience to you.
- Contact us by email at hello@groundedwellness.co.uk or by phone on 0800 0588299 to explain the error. Please provide your Grounded Wellness invoice number and let us know which item you need as a replacement
- We will issue you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number). Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number
- Return the item to us in an unused, as-new condition, in its original packaging and including all instructions. We ask that you pay the postage to return the item to us.
- Please take care to protect the item so neither the product nor the packaging becomes damaged during its return journey back to us. If it does arrive back to us in a damaged state and we are not able to re-sell it as new, we will have to charge you a damage fee of 25%
- Once we receive the item back and in good condition, we will either issue you with a refund or, if you would like to exchange it for another item, we will send you an invoice for the postage cost to get your replacement item on its way to you.
- If the replacement item is more expensive than your original item we will also charge you the difference in price. Conversely, if the replacement item is cheaper, we will refund you the difference
