Damaged Goods Returns
All items will leave Grounded Wellness in brand new, mint condition (unless otherwise advised prior to sale e.g.: ex-demo stock).
We ask that you inspect your items upon delivery and if any goods received are deemed to be faulty or damaged upon arrival, you may be entitled to apply for a Damaged Goods Return by following the steps below:
- Contact us by email at hello@groundedwellness.co.uk or by phone on 0800 0588299 to let us know the issue within seven days of receiving your goods. Please provide your Grounded Wellness invoice number and a photo of the faulty item if possible
- We will issue you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number). Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number
- Return the item to us for inspection. We ask that you pay the postage to return the item to us
- Once inspected, if the item is deemed by Grounded Wellness to be faulty, we will organise a speedy replacement or refund. We will also reimburse your postage costs for returning the item to us. Please note: we ask that you return the item by standard tracked post as we will only refund the postage cost up to a maximum value of £5. If you choose to use a different delivery method that costs more then we ask that you pay the difference.
- Please note that our very small team can only process returns on a Monday and Thursday each week, not including bank holidays. It is very difficult for us to make an exception so we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
