It is important to us that our customers are happy with their Blushield purchase and experience the benefits of the Blushield Active EMF Protection. Blushield works to protect everyone from the effects of electromagnetic frequencies, but how you may feel around Blushield is an entirely individual experience, dictated mainly by your individual sensitivity to EMF.
For some, the difference they feel around Blushield frequencies can be immediate and dramatic and customers report immediate relief from long-term EMF-caused symptoms such as headaches and tinnitus. Whereas others might experience a more subtle change over a longer period of time. Some people, particularly with acute sensitivity to EMF, even find they experience an adjustment/detox period when they start using Blushield so have to build up their use more slowly.
It is for these reasons we encourage customers to give Blushield a try and we allow a generous period of 30 days so that you can decide whether Blushield is the right EMF protection solution for your individual circumstances. If you would like any help or advice during the 30-day period, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Before choosing to return your Blushield product to us, please read through the product FAQs to troubleshoot any issues. If, as you approach the end of the 30-day guarantee period, you decide that Blushield isn’t right for you and you would like to return your product to us for a refund, or exchange for a different Blushield model, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at hello@groundedwellness.co.uk or by phone on 0800 0588299 to let us know you would like to return your Blushield product to us. Please provide your Grounded Wellness invoice number and details of your Blushield experience
- We will issue you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number). Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number
- Return the item to us. We understand that the item will have been opened and used but it must have been used and cared for in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and not damaged in any way. Please return the Blushield product in its original, undamaged packaging, including inserts, along with all accessories that were included in your Blushield order. We ask that you pay the postage to return the item to us
- Please take care to protect the item so neither the product nor the packaging becomes damaged during its return journey back to us. If it arrives back to us in a damaged state, we will have to charge you a damage fee of 25%
- Once the product has been returned to us and inspected, we will refund what you paid for the item as shown on your invoice, minus any damage fee, which will be discussed with you prior to issuing the refund. We also charge a £25 admin and restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
- If you paid postage on your original purchase, your postage cost will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your item (meaning the cost of postage was paid by us), we will recoup what we paid in postage and deduct this amount from the refund to a maximum value of £10.
- Your refund will be issued back through your original payment method. If you used a third party payment merchant e.g.: PayPal, we will pay the refund back through the merchant to pass on to you
- If you prefer an exchange for another Blushield model, any other Grounded Wellness product or your refund paid as Grounded Wellness store credit, we can happily arrange that for you
- Please note that our very small team can only process returns on a Monday and Thursday each week, not including bank holidays. It is very difficult for us to make an exception so we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
